The apartments are located on the Serbska street, house number 13, in the heart of the ancient city of Lviv, the historic center which is under UNESCO protection.
House number 13 - new house, beginning of the twentieth century. But in his corner there is the ancient coat of arms of Lviv with the image of a lion, designated the date "1633". The owner of the house, on which stood a sign, had the right to lease the land for life. This privilege was given for meritorious service to the city. Coat of arms of which are talking, standing on a so-called Klopotovsky house, which was on the side of the house number 6. It was demolished in the late XIX century, and the arms moved to its current location.
